Due to the nature of all merchandise being specality made to order I cannot offer returns at this time.
Orders may be canceled for a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact order@phantom-cat.com with your order details to request a cancelation.
If your order is damaged during the shipping process please contact me at order@phantom-cat.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of your damaged order and I will ship a replacement print out to you at no additional cost.
If you would like to change between having a signed print (autographed) or unsigned print after placing your order, please contact me at order@phantom-cat.com (before shipment of your order has been made) with the option of print you'd like.
